CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE:
When you're prepared to finalize your purchase, input your login details. If you haven't set up an account yet, you have the option to either proceed as a guest or select "Create an Account" to input your information.
VERIFY YOUR ORDER:
Upon submitting your order, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email. You can keep track of your inmate commissary packages' status at any time by clicking on the link in your confirmation email or via the order status section on our website.
SIT BACK WHILE WE DELIVER!
Your part is complete! Once your Inmate Care Package has been delivered to your loved one, we'll notify you with a delivery confirmation email. Please be aware, a facility can take up to 15 days to deliver inmate food packages to their recipients.
